Module 5 Design Limited – Return & Refund Policy

• Timeframe: You have a 7 to 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund of the price of the artwork minus the original shipping costs. 
• Condition: Artwork must be returned in its exact, original condition.
• Inspection: We will process your refund only after receiving and inspecting the artwork to verify its condition.

• Buyer Responsibility: Buyers must cover all return shipping fees.
• Tracking & Insurance: If Module 5 Design Limited originally shipped the artwork to you using a tracked and insured method, you must use an equivalent tracked and insured shipping service for the return.
• Liability: We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

• Custom Work: All commissioned artwork and custom-sized pieces are final sale.
• No Exceptions: Because these items are tailored to your specific preferences, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Take Photos: Capture clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the artwork.
2. Report Within 24 Hours: Contact Module 5 Design Limited within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue and provide the photographic evidence.
